Answer Text: Soft drugsStimulants-These are substances or drugs which increase the activity of the central nervous system.-Most common examples of stimulants are tobacco, caffeine, which is found in coffee, tea, carbonated drinks like coca cola and other beverages, khat(miraa) and medical preparation drugs.-Tobacco is usually taken in the form of cigarettes or snuff. Tobacco contains substances that are harmful to the body such as:-Nicotine which is responsible for making a person addicted to smoking.-Carbon monoxide which is inhaled during smoking anddamages the arteries, heart, and lungs.-Tar, the black substance left in the lungs after smoking. This can cause cancer of the throat, heart and lungs.
