-To encourage and resort to peaceful solutions to any problems they may encounter in their work place. For instance, an employee should not be too upset as to destroy property in order to make a point.
-To work diligently for self-fulfillment and development.
-To respect their employer and fellow employees. To achieve this, they should respect the job contract that they signed.
-To carry out their duties to the best of their ability without supervision.
-To respect and protect the property of the employer. They should ensure that the employer’s assets are not misused.
