For instance, an employee should not be too upset as to destroy property in order to make a point.-To work diligently for self-fulfillment and development.-To respect their employer and fellow employees. To achieve this, they should respect the job contract that they signed.-To carry out their duties to the best of their ability without supervision.-To respect and protect the property of the employer. They should ensure that the employer’s assets are not misused.
