Answer Text:
Self-Esteem:
Self-esteem refers to the way we feel about ourselves. It is an awareness of our individual attitudes and values. It also refers to how we respect and admire ourselves as individuals and the confidence we have. Self-esteem influences our actions towards others and what we achieve in life.
When we feel confident we accomplish more in life. A person with self-esteem has a high level of self-worth. Self-worth is the value that we attach to ourselves. Christians should develop self-esteem because they are all created in God’s image and likeness. They are also fearfully and wonderfully made. They should also have the faith that God is always
there to support them and that they can do everything in Christ who gives them strength. People with self-esteem may contribute to creating a just society because they will have positive attitudes in whatever they do. Such people have confidence in themselves and will encourage others to gain the same confidence and to
respect themselves and the work they do.
