Answer Text:
How Chastity enhances creation of a just society:
Chastity is the state of being pure physically, spiritually and mentally. It also implies having good sexual morals, avoiding sex before marriage and remaining faithful in marriage. A chaste person respects his or her body and does not engage in risky
behavior. The Bible teaches the need to observe chastity among the people of the covenant. For example, the Old Testament writers condemned sexual sins such as adultery, fornication, rape, incest, bestiality and prostitution. The seventh and tenth commandments state that, “You shall not commit adultery”. “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife”. In the New Testament, Jesus taught his disciples the need to remain pure in heart so that they could inherit the kingdom of God. He added that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully commits adultery with her in his heart.
