(a) What nature of solution is represented by 20% sugar solution?
(b) Explain the observation made on the set up after one hour.

a)- Concentrated solution/ hypertonic solution compared to water in the beaker.
b)- Water molecules will move from the beaker into the thistle funnel through semi-permeable cellophane paper by osmosis. Sugar solution level will rise in the funnel and distilled in the beaker will drop.
