One right cannot be applied if the other does not exist. They are inherent.c) Incase circumstance demand they can be suspended. For example during war, or during disease outbreak like Ebola or other contagious diseases, one may be denied the right to freedom of movement.d) Human rights have limitations. As people enjoy their rights, they should respect the rights of others.
