-The following documents are required to form a company:
1.memorandum of association
-is a document which defines the relationship between a company and outsiders.
2.Articles of association:
-Document that defines rules and regulations that governs
the internal organization of a company.
3.A list of directors:
-A list of names of persons who wish to be directors.
4. A declaration:
-This state that the registration requirements in law have been met.
5. A statement:
-This is signed by directors stating that they have agreed to work as directors.
6. Certificate of incorporation:
-Issued by registrar of companies to certify the registration of the company.
7. Prospectus:
-Document that describes how capital is to be raised.
