This is a branch of mathematics dealing with collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of masses of numerical data.
Statistical methods
-It is a systematic introduction to the essential techniques that all learners must understand to complete a module in statistical analysis.
-In form one-types and sources of statistical data and methods of collecting and presenting statistical data.
-In form two-learnt about methods of presenting statistical data such as comparative line and bar graphs and divided bar graphs and rectangles.
-In form three-we learnt more methods of data presentation i.e compound/ cumulative bar graphs as well as pie charts or divided circles.
-This year we will learn more methods of statistical presentation and analysis i.e
-Age-sex pyramids.
-Dot maps
-Chloropleth maps.
