The relationship between mark-up and margin:
- If the mark-up is known , then the margin is determined by adding the numerator to the denominator.
e.g if mark-up=`1/4` then margin=`1/(4+1)`=`1/5` or 20%
-if the margin is known,you can convert it to mark-up by deducting
the number of the margin from the denominator.
E.g if margin=`1/5` then, mark-up =`1/(5-1)`= `1/4` or 25%
