Jesus at the Temple:The parents of Jesus were careful to bring Jesus up in obedience to the Mosaic laws. Mary and Joseph went to Jerusalem to celebrate the feast of Passover in accordance to the Mosaic laws. Jesus also accompanied his parents when he was twelve years old. When the festival was over they were to return home, but his parents were unaware that he was left behind. They only realized that Jesus was not with them after that day.
