To be safe to use, the base of this ladder must be 1.3 m away from the wall. How far up the wall does the ladder reach? Give your answer correct to 1 decimal place.Example 2.The distance from a point on the ground to the base of a tree is 18 metres. The distance from a point on the ground to the top of a tree is 20 metres. Calculate the height of the tree. Give the answer correct to 1 decimal place.
