Delocalization refers to the deliberate establishment of firms in different parts of the country.
Delocalization involves:
-Offering free land for delocalized industries to be set up
-Development of infrastructure in rural areas to attract industries.
-Improvement of security especially in the rural areas.
-Tax incentives e.g tax relief or holiday for those setting up the industries in rural areas
-Removal of bureaucracy in the registration of industries.
