Writing numbers in standard form

A number is said to be in standard form if it is expressed in the form `A times 10^n`, Where `1 lt A lt 10` and n is an integer. When the decimal point is moved to the right, then n is negative and when the decimal point
is moved to the left n is positive. For the whole number the decimal point is after the last digit.
