(a) (i) Use the mid-ordinate rule, with six strips to estimate the area enclosed by the curve, the x-axis, the y-axis and line x=3. (ii) Calculate the same area using integration method. (b) Assuming the area calculated in (a) (ii) is exact, calculate the percentage error made when the mid-ordinate rule is used.
