Isaiah’s prophecy about the messiah.(Isiah 7:10-16, 9:1-7, 61:1-2)
Isaiah prophesied the following concerning the messiah.
1.The messiah will be born by a young woman and his name be called Emmanuel.
2.The messiah would bear the following special titles
(i) Wonderful counsellor (ii) Mighty God (iii) Prince of peace (iv) Everlasting father.
3.He would rule with justice.
4.He will perform miracles.
5.He will bring liberty ad salvation to the world.
6.He will have the spirit of God. ..
