During the first year a poultry farmer had four times as many hens as ducks and one third as many turkeys as ducks. In the second year the number of ducks increased by 10%, the number of hens increased by 25% while the number of turkeys decreased by 20%. At the end of the second year the farmer had a total of 955 birds. Calculate to one decimal place the percentage increase in the total number of birds during the second year.
