(i)Randomly placed files: Hold down the CTRL key as you select all the desired items. Selection can be done using the mouse.
(ii)Subsequent files: Point and click on the first object to be selected. Hold down the shift key. Point and click on the last object. You could
click and drag the mouse over the items then release the mouse button once all the items are selected.
