Give two reasons why sedimentary rocks are dominant along the Kenyan Coasts.
Answer Text: -Some parts of the coastal plain emerged from the sea where sedimentation occurred.-The coastal plain is lowland which has facilitated deposition of weathered rock materials.- The shallow continental shelf provides favourable environment for the coral polyps whose skeletons are deposited and accumulate to form rocks.
