Answer Text:
-The Kenya highlands were to be exclusively for the white settlers.
-The European settlers’ demand for self-government in Kenya was rejected.
-Racial segregation in all residential areas plus restrictions on immigration were abolished.
-The Indians would elect five members to Legco on a communal role.
-Issues of Africans were to be given priority over those of the immigrant races if there was a conflict.
-There would be strict control by the colonial secretary over the affairs of the colony.
-The settlers had to maintain their representation in the Legco.
-A missionary would be nominated to the Legco to represent the interest of the Africans.
